START YOUR WEEKEND WITH A NEW ART EXHIBITION: Arab Artist, Baya Mahieddine is having her first solo exhibition displayed in the Sharjah Art Museum. Baya’s retrospective is the 11th edition of the “Lasting Impressions" exhibition series at Sharjah Art Museum, which aims to spark inspiration by introducing works of prominent artists from the Arab world and their contributions to art in the region. Running until July 31, the five-month exhibition features more than 70 original works spanning Baya’s career of over six decades, including paintings that were displayed at her first exhibition in Paris in 1947.

YOGA ON THE GOLF COURSE: Dubai’s latest entertainment spot, Topgolf, has launched weekly yoga sessions with a view, Yoga @Topgolf Dubai. The first-class starts on February 26 at 8am. Held every Friday morning from 8am to 9am, enjoy yoga with a view at Topgolf Dubai with Shimis Yoga, followed by a social coffee with a selection of milk options, and light and healthy bites including the famous and fruity Topgolf Watermelon Pizza. Yoga, coffee and breakfast bites are priced at Dh150 per person, with those attending the very first class also receiving a Topgolf Dubai goodie bag!

Priced at Dh129 per person, the weekend menu is broken down into a choice of five sharing plates, one bun or burger, two sides, one dessert and two Banta sodas or Karak chai. Sharing dishes such as cooling pomelo and melon chaat with frozen berry yoghurt and French toast #Farzified with masala and served with desi baked beans and Oman chips add maximum drama; while a cumin-spiced jeera khari pizza with “Tak A Tak” paneer and fresh crisp tempura prawns with kumquat chilli air and spicy mayo.

CHECK OUT THE ADIDAS GLOBAL FLAGSHIP STORE: Adidas has opened its first-ever flagship store in the region. Located in The Dubai Mall, the new Adidas store symbolizes the start of a new era of sports. The space, which stretches almost 16,000sqft, offers innovative digital signage technologies such as digital ceilings and a digital footwear wall. There are also interactive changing room mirrors that use RFID technology to recognize products and provide information. Shoppers will be able to request different sizes and colours without leaving the space. The MakerLab in the centre of the store and provides product customization through patches, laser engravings, printing, embroidery and more.

BELUGA RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE HAS RELAUNCHED: The venue located in the lobby of the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah has reopened with a globally inspired menu. Featuring a selection of international flavours, the new additions include freshly made pastas, sushi and a variety of pizzas. Signature dishes include Truffle Linguine, Seafood Fettuccine, Bresaola and Burrata Pizza, Truffle Pizza, Spiced Octopus, Angus Beef Tartar and Grilled Seabass to name a few. The menu also features sushi including California Maki and Salmon Maki Ikura. The new menu also includes an assortment of dessert options such as Crème Brulée and Chocolate Discovery.
