This larger than life Japanese DJ is something of a superstar in Japan where his sound is extremely popular. Eclecticism will be the order of the day on Thursday when bossa nova, house, lounge and film scores will jostle for room.

Pete Tong @ Madinat Arena
The UK club icon will be dropping the big hits following the Boyz II Men concert. Don't expect anything too clever – Tong likes to keep it simple, with the latest club hits being the order of the day.

iBO should be packed for this one as drum & bass icon, Andy C, is one of the best in the world. Not for the faint hearted, this will be a wall of sound from start to finish.

Derrick May @ Peppermint
The legendary Detroit DJ and producer will be in attendance at Peppermint for what should be a night of sonic excellence. May is a true pioneer, both in the studio and behind the decks, so this is a night not to be missed.

Mark Farina @ Trilogy
The Om Records head honcho created the legendary Mushroom Jazz club in San Francisco that defined the West Coast house sound. Expect beautiful, deep house – a refreshing change for the Trilogy faithful.

A top notch return to form with this dubby, downbeat gem. Warp specialises in bleepy techno, but this release proves they can slow down as well. Almost hypnotic production makes this a must-buy.
