Chitrangada Singh in Dubai for a fashion show
Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh will be the show-stopper for Archana Kochhar
Keeping with the popular tradition of including a Bollywood star on the ramp, Indian designer Archana Kochhar has roped in Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh as a show-stopper for a fashion show at Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm on May 27.
“Archana will be showcasing her collection displayed during Lakme Fashion Week 2013. The grand finale will see Chitrangada on the ramp,” said local organiser Aanya Aggarwal of Chocolate Entertainment.
The collection, christened Mumbai Checkmate, saw Kochhar experiment with bold neon colours and checks. A mixed bag of dhoti style pants, floor-sweeping anarkalis and lehengas were a part of her collection, stocked in the local boutique Label 24.
