Diet is the biggest thing I have changed, I have religiously stuck to the nutrional advise given by Fiona.

No 1
Food: Every day has been the same for 4 weeks and it feels so easy now so I know it's become habit. I eat a bowl of Porridge, 2 eggs mid morning, , salad for lunch (no dressing) fruit + 8 almonds as an afternoon snack and meat (chicken prawns or fish) with 2 bright coloured veg for dinner.

I have not touched a potato, crisps, chips - I've had bread once and suffered the next 2 days with terrible cramps, I have not had cake, my downfall has to be nibbling chocolate.

I have gone from a diet of pasta daily, skinny lattes when out and about and Crunchy Nut cornflakes twice a day for both breakfast and as a 4pm snack. I have NOT touched these things in 4 weeks.

Drink: Another fabulous change in my life. I definitely ALWAYS have a water bottle in my hand now, I drink it room temp which is also new to me, I was told to drink at least 5 bottles a day and I do.
If I want a hot drink I have green tea with mint leaves and the same if I am in a cafe or out for lunch.
As of today I have started a new drink when I wake up I will have - Green tea, lemon, cinnamon and honey and I will also finish my day with the same drink.

Supplements & Vitamins: I was on nothing before, I am now taking:
Probiotic
Vit C
Vit B
Calcium
Garlic
Fish Oil
Mulit Vit
YES 7 pills and I HATE taking pills it takes me all day to get through them!!! But I have not missed a day.

No 2 Fitness gear.
I went from never ever wearing any fitness gear to wearing it first thing every day.
My trainers are awesome and make me feel like bouncing into action.

No 3 Exercise
I have 5 hours a day to run my business Queen B and keep 4 freelance design clients happy, if I attend a class it will take away easily 2 hours from my small amount of work hours so I am having a huge problem with the time it would take to attend a class.

I have however not let that stop me, I have been taking the dog for 40 minute power walk every day with my i pod, building up a sweat and doing enough to make my muscles ache. I realised that my arms were not being toned so have now started to take the kids to the pool so I can swim and they can play. This is amazing as it is one of the reasons I came on the Life Challenge to RELAX, now I am relaxing, working out, playing with my kids and NOT WORKING in the afternoon.

I fully understand that I am not taking access to 20 classes a week and may well be penalised for this but I am fitting the exercise into my life in the best way that works for me, one friend suggested that I drop everything for 8 weeks and do the classes but that's just not possible I would mess up my entire business, dissapoint/loose my clients so I've had to fing out what works best for me, I love walking and swimming which I will happily stick to when the 8 weeks is over.

I have lost 3 kilos in the first 3 weeks but need to do more exercise I think to reach my goal of 7 kilos lost in the 8 weeks.

I could not have had the motivation to workout without Fiona from Urban Energy telling me what i need to do in a week, I would love to ask her to help me create a program to work on at home. I just find myself in a position where I,  probably like lots of women out there need a program that suits a life or work in the morning kids in the afternoon. I feel amazing as everything is slimming down and tightening up, I am loving the compliments, I have promised my friends and family I will compile a PDF so they can all do it too, in fact I am so inspired I'm off for another walk right now ......... :0)

No 4 Life Coaching - Honest Talk: I did fall off the wagon one Friday, I drank and ate BREAD!!!!!! I suffered the most incredibly painful cramps for 2-3 days and could not exercise in that time. I felt so bad but it was the best lesson ever for me to help me avoid going back to my old ways of eating. Life coaching is helping me figure out if things are not working, why and how to make them work, like the exercise. We have heavily worked on the demons out there that make me feel guilty for being a working mum and how, if I stopped for the sake of everyone else I would be very sad and unhappy. We talk about the power of saying NO, I'm loving that because I stupidly always say yes and sometimes I even do things for people before they even ask, sometimes they may not have even asked for something but I insist on doing something for them which will make them happy not considering what I am doing for my own stress levels. Every session we focus on positive language, I am no longer allowed to use the words Can't, But, Try and more. The effects are so wonderful, I am now training my husband when I get home from my training.
