This week I’ve noticed some order AND change.

There’s order in my daily routine, in which I try to fit my fitness classes, healthy eating, and lots of work. With a lot more focus from the life coaching sessions, and more energy from the energy from the fitness I am able to pack in so much more.
I’m no longer struggling with the nutrition, and don’t miss or crave my carbs like I used to before. I think the gradual change in my dietary habits has made it easier for my body to accept – which is great.
As far as the fitness classes are concerned, this week it’s mostly been core, boxing, and aqua. I enjoy these classes the best, and will continue with it. This week’s special exercise was the Burpees, and although I hate doing it, I think I managed a pretty good number, so I’m quite happy with the progress there.
The life coaching is doing wonders for me. I’ve never felt so confident about myself before. I was struggling in the past to muster this kind of confidence, and self-appreciation, and finally – the TaDa moment! I get so many complements now – for everything, from the way I look to my ideas, my positive energy and outlook towards life in general. The best part is that I can now accept these complements without doubting if they are meant or not. I’ve never felt so vibrant like this before. One more great thing to come out of this is that I feel people around me feed off my positive vibes and all this energy that I am bursting with – and this is so fantastic – I have no words – Thank you so much Shana!
I’ve also taken Ingrid’s advice on style from the previous week, and made some changes to my wardrobe. And then I saw Ingrid during the week, and she said I looked great, and emphasized my key features– so I think I’m doing something right there!
