Okay, champ, you made it through this week’s puzzles. Now, are you ready for the toughest one yet?

Perhaps you scoffed at Sunday’s Sipping Pretty crossword (“What’s another word for ‘a shot of coffee?’ Ha!”) and raced through the Deserts of the world.
Maybe you even got to flex your geography skills in the African Capitals puzzle and only used a couple of hints in the crossword that paid homage to Ernest Hemingway. And even though Film Noir really got you wishing the timer would slow down, you may have gotten through with a little help from the movie clips and trailers we helped you out with (you’re welcome).
But now, it’s time to roll your shoulders, wiggle your fingers, inhale and slowly exhale like your yoga teacher taught you, and click start to face the big one: the Weekend Crossword.
And whoa, it’s a doozy!
You may notice “+4” popping up in some clues. This means that the answers you give are only half the story – you will have to still figure out the rest of the four letters yourself.
But chin up! You made it through the week’s puzzles, and you’ll make it through this one, too. Take your time, use hints if you need to, and you can always hit the ‘Play Together’ button to get a friend’s help.
And once you’re done with this brain workout and head to your room for a well-deserved nap, you can do so in the happy knowledge that the crossword will get easier on Sunday, and all the clues will make sense again.
