The opening night at World Trade Centre will see these stars rub shoulders with more than 20 designers
Bollywood and fashion will intermingle this weekend at the Dubai Fashion Fiesta with stars including Emraan Hashmi, Prachi Desai and Kangna Ranaut turning up the heat on the red carpet. Opening tonight at the World Trade Centre, the stars are expecting to rub shoulders with more than 20 designers participating in the fashion extravaganza, to be held over three days.
While organisers have not confirmed which day the stars will likely make an appearance, the trio is here to plug their latest gangster flick Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, scheduled to release in the UAE next Thursday
Adding to the star quotient are stars such as Celina Jaitley and the Sen sisters. These three starlets are expected to be the show-stoppers for various shows. Jaitley is slated to be the ramp-scorcher for designer Archana Kochhar.
Fashion will also receive a shot in the arm with Dubai's darling Furne One unveiling his designs on the opening night.
"My theme for this Dubai Fashion Fiesta is fairies and I will be presenting 16 gowns in pastel shades. They will be out-of-this-world, I promise. It's my fourth time at Fashion Fiesta and I always enjoy it," says One.
The grand finale will be presented by India's celebrated designer Rocky S on Saturday. Television stars including Gaurav Chopra and Mouni Roy are slated to be his show-stoppers.
