Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) said on Monday it has signed an agreement for comprehensive co-operation with Korea Exchange (KRX). The agreement, signed by Deputy Chief Executive of ADX, Ghanem Al Dhaheri, in a ceremony in Seoul, provides the framework for ADX and KRX to work together on a number of joint ventures to enhance and develop the infrastructure and processes of ADX, the Abu Dhabi bourse said in a statement. It added that the agreement sets the groundwork for mutual cooperation and communication to enhance the efforts of both ADX and KRX to develop and foster the growth of sound securities markets that are fair to all investors. The agreement comes after both parties formalised their working relationship through an MOU signed in Abu Dhabi in January 2013.
