Jafza expands Dubai Trade portal
These new online options cover several key areas
Dubai: Jafza, the flagship entity of Economic Zones World (EZW), expanded its online transaction services for customers by introducing a number of new options on Dubai Trade, the secure portal that facilitates electronic services provided by EZW, DP World and Dubai Customs.
Coming as part of Jafza's enhanced customer care initiatives, these new online options cover several key areas, making it more convenient for customers to conduct trade transactions.
The newly added offerings include a Bank Guarantee Calculator, which computes the bank guarantee amount online.
Fatma Salem, Executive Vice-President and Commercial Director, Operations, EZW UAE Region, said: "Our aim is to offer most of our services online to customers to make it easy for them to conduct business with us."
