Dubai: Forty per cent of UAE residents believe it is safe to commit investments in real estate despite their fears after the pandemic struck.
And 56 per cent believe investing in real estate is a safe option to protect investment value, while 44 per cent stated developer reputation was the most important factor that influenced their decision when buying a property, according to a survey done on behalf of Sharjah based developer Tilal Properties.
The survey was done in tandem with Omnesmedia.com.
According to Khalifa Al Shaibani, Director-General at Tilal Properties, “We are always looking to fulfil the market’s requirements, and as the market changes, so too do our strategies. The future of real estate will of course be affected by the global pandemic.
“However, we are optimistic. We predict the market will improve tremendously and we will see a boom in real estate.”
