Baghdad: The US has agreed not to launch any attacks on countries, particularly Iran and Syria, from Iraqi soil or airspace according to the latest draft submitted by Al Maliki's government to the US, Sami Al Askari, advisor to the Iraqi Prime Minister told Gulf News.
The US negotiator involved in the talks over the US-Iraqi security agreement is now in Washington, going over the latest draft in which Al Maliki gave the US until Tuesday to offer a final response.
