Osama Bin Laden to issue 'very strong' statement to Islamic nations

Dubai: Al Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden is expected to issue a "very strong" statement to Islamic nations across the world, an Islamist website said on Sunday.

"A very strong statement to the Islamic nation by the lion of Islam Shaikh Osama Bin Laden," read a banner posted on the Al Qaida-linked website.

Bin Laden's last statement on Friday focused on the Palestinian issue and coincided with the 60th anniversary of the creation of Israel.

He vowed to continue the fight against Israel and "not give up a single inch of Palestine" land.
