Iran attack would hurt US, Israel - Syrian president

Paris: An attack on Iran would have grave consequences for the United States, Israel and the world, Syrian President Bashar Al Assad said on Monday.

In an interview with France Inter radio, the Syrian leader said: "It will cost the United States and the planet dear."

He added that an attack would have an impact on Israel as well.

"Israel will pay directly the price of this war. Iran has said so," he said.
