Beirut: The UN investigation in Rafik Hariri's murder is expected to take between two-to-five years and might be to the advantage or disadvantage of Syria, a prominent media expert said.
Abdul Rahamn Al Rashid, General Manager of Al Arabiya TV, said: "We have even started noticing changes and reforms in the regime with the appointment of Farouk Al Shar'a as
Vice-President. Along with naming new ministers, the move that we could consider reforms as a first step towards the change in Syria." Al Rashid spoke on Monday at Dubai Press Club during a seminar.
