Gaza: An Israeli air strike killed two Hamas fighters on Friday, a day after the Israeli prime minister threatened retaliation against Hamas for a deadly attack on a fuel depot.
Four other men were wounded in the attack, which the Israeli military said was targeting gunmen near the Gaza-Israel border fence.
Early on Friday, Israeli troops crossed the fence into central Gaza and clashes were reported in the area.
Israeli aircraft also launched a strike on fighter near the troops, injuring one, Hamas and medics said.
