Kuwait has reported two more fatalities from swine flu taking the emirate's death toll from the H1N1 virus to 24.
Dr Qais Al Duwairi, a spokesman for the health ministry, said that the two victims had suffered from chronic diseases before they became infected by the global pandemic disease.
More than 7,700 people have been infected by flu virus in Kuwait since April, but most cases were benign and recovered after receiving medical treatment.
