Philippines' Arroyo to reshuffle cabinet in May

Manila: Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo said on Tuesday she will reshuffle her cabinet next month.

Arroyo's announcement came amid speculation in local media that military chief General Hermogenes Esperon will be given the defence portfolio when he retires in May.
