Mumbai: Tourists are still stranded in Mumbai with their travel documents and luggage held up in their rooms at Taj and Trident Oberoi Hotels, that were under terror attack for three days.
With no confirmation from either the hotels or the police over when they will be able to collect their belongings, many said they were forced to stay back in the city.
Ian Morrison from Scotland said all his travel documents including his passport, money and credit cards are still in his room in the Taj.
"I was among the lucky ones who escaped the tragedy as I had one out at that time, but all my stuff is still in the room," Morrison said.
Merryl Richard, a German tourist who was staying in the Taj, said she is also waiting for the hotel to let the guests claim their baggage so that she go back home at the earliest.
