World Security Forum to tackle security issues
Abu Dhabi: Security issues will come under the spotlight as the World Security Forum begins in the capital tomorrow, with the participation of high-ranking personalities from international politics, business and homeland security.
The forum, held under the patronage of Lieutenant General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Interior Minister, will hear from an array of world class experts who will review current best practices and technology and present a number of dramatic case studies of recent major real life catastrophe and disaster events.
The forum will hear case studies on how emergencies were handled, the difficulties that were encountered and the lessons to be drawn.
In a statement the organisers of the event said that the tickets to the forum were sold out four weeks ahead of the event, prompting them to make available additional tickets.
