Customer service centres

Dubai: Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is planning to open Customer Service Centres in different parts of the city to provide one-stop solution to customer needs.

"We have already opened our main Customer Service Centre at the RTA headquarters in Umm Al Romool and we call it 'one-stop shop' for the RTA services as we offer more than 150 services here," said Laila Ali Bin Hareb, Director of the Customer Service Centre and Acting Director of Communication and Marketing Department at the RTA.

Some of the main services offered are related to parking, traffic, Salik, taxi, public transport, metro, driving licensing, vehicle registration, fine payments and even about investments.
