Al Noor safe driving campaign officially opened by Shaikh Nahayan

Dubai: The Al Noor safe driving campaign under the slogan "Life is precious, drive safely" was officially opened by Shaikh Nahayan Mubarak Al Nahayan, UAE minister of Higher Education today.

The five day campaign is being held at the Sharjah Women's Higher Colleges of Technology. It will feature a series of workshops, exhibitions and panel discussions by a team of guest speakers from Sharjah Police.

Highlighting the importance of having such a campaign Mohammad Bin Sulayem, President of the Automobile and Touring for the UAE said: "The new traffic law is important but equally important is that you do more to educate young people of safe driving."

The discussion sessions are open for the public.
