April 3, 2008: Fire breaks out in a warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial area 3, injuring a worker and a firefighter.
March 26, 2008: Massive blaze ravages 80 warehouses,
killing three people.
April 1, 2007: Fire guts a warehouse and three others partly burn down.
March 18: Huge blaze at a site for recycling paper. No injuries are reported.
January 24, 2004: Goods worth Dh15 million go up in smoke
in a fire at three warehouses.
May 2: Fire guts two warehouses, damages put at Dh10 million.
February 6, 2003: Seven killed as a powerful blast rips apart three warehouses in Al Qouz.
March 13: Massive warehouse blaze, but no injuries.
August 9: A fire destroys the workshop of a factory. No injuries reported.
