Three workers injured in Sharjah gas cylinder explosion

Sharjah: Three workers were seriously injured in a gas cylinder explosion in a scrap trading shop in Sharjah, an official at Sharjah Police said.

The incident took place on Monday morning at a scrap trading shop in the industrial area number 10 of Sharjah. All the three injured people are from India and have been transferred to Al Qasimi Hospital in Sharjah with burn injuries. One of them was reported to be in critical condition.

Sharjah police have launched an investigation in to the incident.
