Leaders receive Ramadan greetings

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Sunday received a congratulatory cable from His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on the advent of Ramadan.

Shaikh Khalifa received similar cables from Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi of Sharjah, Shaikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi of Ajman, Shaikh Saqr Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi of Ras Al Khaimah, Shaikh Rashid Bin Ahmad Al Mualla of Umm Al Quwain and Shaikh Hamad Bin Mohammad Al Sharqi of Fujairah.

Shaikh Khalifa also received similar cables from General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces; Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince; Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy Dubai Ruler and Finance Minister; Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Dubai Ruler; and Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers of the Emirates.

Shaikh Khalifa received congratulatory phone calls from King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia, Shaikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar; King Abdullah of Jordan and Fouad Siniora, Lebanese Prime Minister.

Shaikh Khalifa and Shaikh Mohammad sent sent congratulatory cables to Arab leaders, kings, emirs and presidents, on the advent of Ramadan.
