Shaikh Mohammad lauds efforts to boost hiring of Emiratis

Abu Dhabi: General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Wednesday honoured public and private organisations in recognition of their outstanding efforts and support to the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals.

Shaikh Mohammad said the development of national human cadres by training and developing their skills and capabilities is in line with the vision of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

"The UAE leadership gives priority to education and training programmes to qualify young Emiratis and enable them to compete in the job market," he said

He urged both the government and public sectors to support all emiratisation initiatives and programmes.

"Supporting the emiratisation drive is a national duty of public and private organizations and institutions that ensures the future of generations ahead," Shaikh Mohammad said, and added that the success of the Emiratisation drive in the UAE depends on the combined responsibility and efforts of both sectors.
