Mohammad to announce strategic plan

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will today announce Dubai's strategic plan for development and modernisation till 2015.

Shaikh Mohammad will explain his vision of the essential components needed for the next phase of nation building process and the basis of the strategic plan, tools of implementation and goals.

Shaikh Mohammad will address the heads of the economic departments, companies and media corporations at the Madinat Jumeirah hall in Dubai.
