Mohammad Bin Rashid visits old Beijing

Beijing: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Monday visited the old city of Beijing, visiting shops, including Wangfujing, one of oldest and famous shopping streets in the Chinese capital.

Shaikh Mohammad walked the kilometer-long street, which is off-limits to vehicles.

He was greeted by shopkeepers, street vendors and shoppers.

Shaikh Mohammad was accompanied during his visit by Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ebrahim Al Shaibani, Director of the Dubai Ruler's Court, Sultan Bin Sulayem, CEO of Dubai Ports and Customs Corporation, Lieutenant General Musabah Rashid Al Fattan, Director of the Dubai Ruler's Office, Mohammad Ali Al Abbar, Director General of Dubai's Department of Economic Development, Rashid Hareb Al Falahi, Director of the Foreign Minister's Office, Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director of Dubai Protocol Department, Mohammad Rashid Al Boot, UAE Ambassador to China, and other members of the delegation accompanying Shaikh Mohammad.
