Ministry sets up complaint system

Dubai: Applicants who feel that they are not receiving appropriate services at the ministry of labour can now file a complaint through a new system launched on Wednesday.

"Do not hesitate and consider it done" is the new complaint system which gives the opportunity to lodge a complaint on improper behaviour or treatment done by ministry employees.

The logo of the system reads, "Because we seek excellence in our service, dear customer, do you have a complaint?".

Humaid Bin Deemas, Acting Director General at the ministry said that the new system is aimed at improving the service provided by the ministry as well as ensuring that any person that has a transaction with the ministry is receiving a fair treatment.
