Majid and Erdogan hold talks

Konya, Turkey: Shaikh Majid Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, met with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyeb Erdogan in the Turkish city of Konya on Saturday.

The meeting was on the sidelines of a ceremony held to commemorate the passing of 735 years since the death of Jalal Al Deen Al Rumi, renowned Turkish poet. Shaikh Majid and his delegation that includes Juma Al Majid, Head of the Juma Al Majid Culture and Heritage Centre, and a number of senior officials, watched folkloric and Islamic shows, performed by the Turkish Folklor Band.
