Charting a new course in better governance

Dubai: Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and First Deputy Chairman of Dubai Executive Council (DEC), chaired a meeting of the council on Monday.

Shaikh Maktoum instructed the DEC to set benchmarks for assessing transparency in government departments. He also requested for the boosting of work ethics and ensuring better trust between citizens and institutions.
