Faded signage fails to guide visitors

While on the search for a restroom in Al Mamzar Park, Dubai, Gulf News reader Akbar Ali said he was initially pleased when he came across an information board. However, it turned out to be a complete "waste of time". The reader said: "I thought the map of the park would help guide me to the toilets, but I could barely decipher anything. It left a lot of people confused and lost."

He urged managements of parks around the city to ensure navigational signboards are well-maintained. The reader has been a resident of Dubai for the past six years.ter.
