Dream come true for 21 graduates from British university

Dubai: For many of the 21 graduates from the British University in Dubai, it was a dream come true yesterday when they received their master's degree from Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation, CEO of Emirates Group and Chancellor of the University.

The graduates received their degrees in education, information technology and management, at Dubai Knowledge Village.

Kaltham Salim, a graduate of education with distinction, said she dreamed of doing her postgraduate studies for a long time.

Dr Abdullah Al Shamsi, vice-chancellor of the university, said that the graduation ceremony is a recognition of students' achievements.
