Applicants undergo tests for vocational education

Dubai: Dubai National Institute of Vocational Education (NIVE), one of the initiatives of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) welcomed a new batch of applicants who underwent the admission test.

More than a dozen male and female students underwent the online admission tests that focused on personal skills, their ability to learn and apply their knowledge in the work field.

First aid centre at Dubai Silicon Oasis

Dubai Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority announced plans to set up a first aid centre to meet the medical needs of employees and labourers working on projects within its premises.

The centre will be set up in association with the Department of Health and Medical Services in Dubai.
