Man arrested for indecent act on Emirates Road

Ras Al Khaimah: A police patrol on Thursday arrested a half-naked man on the Emirates Road and accused him of committing an indecent act in public area.

Major Arif Al Kazz, head of the Criminal Investigation Section at Al Madina police station, said the Asian is in his mid-forties.
