Male secretary jailed for hacking into female employee's e-mail
Dubai: A male secretary has been sentenced to three months in jail for hacking into the private e-mail of a United Nations employee, threatening her and stealing credit card details.
The Dubai Court of First Instance incriminated the 24-year-old Egyptian secretary of hacking into the 32-year-old Emirati woman's e-mail, stealing her password and threatening to reveal some of her secrets, as charged by the Public Prosecution.
The accused had pleaded innocent and denied the charges before the court.
