Illegal resident killed following a fight in Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah: An illegal resident living in a labour accommodation in Ras Al Khaimah was killed by a worker following a fight, said the police on Tuesday.

The Asian illegal suspected that the worker is a spy for the police and confronted him, which led to a fight, said Lieutenant Colonel Salem Al Darmaki, head of investigation section, Ras Al Khaimah Police.

During the fight, the suspect picked up a stone and hit the victim on the head, killing him, said the police.

The suspect has been taken into custody and investigation is on.
