If you’re a serial Instagram-er, you probably noticed the nifty new option the guys behind the app have launched. You can now go Facebook-style and tag your friends on photos. There’s a new section called Photos of You, where all the pictures tagged of you will show up. Of course, like Facebook, you have control over those embarrassing pictures friends tag of you: You can change your settings to pre-approve the photos before they go on your profile. Time to tag away.

Acer’s got the P3

Over the weekend, Acer unveiled a couple of touchscreen devices including the funky Aspire P3, an 11-inch tablet the company is calling an ‘ultrabook convertible’. Featuring a tablet with a snap-on keyboard case, the Wondows 8-powered tablet can go into laptop mode thanks to a hinge on the keyboard. Comes with front and rear-facing cameras along with USB and HDMI-ports among others. Available now in the US for about Dh2,900.

One for entrepreneur moms

The people behind momsouq.com, the website for everything motherly, are launching a new portal for entrepreneur moms. Mompreneur.com will provide a platform for mothers to help start their home businesses, connect with other entrepreneurs and get business advise.
