Tiger Woods has finished his first full practice round at Kingston Heath for the Australian Masters.
Melbourne, Australia: Tiger Woods has finished his first full practice round at Kingston Heath for the Australian Masters, the shortest course he has played this year and one that could prove to be a test.
Geoff Ogilvy, who grew up in Melbourne, said Wednesday that Woods will have to think his way around Kingston Heath, which is a par 72 at only 7,059 yards.
The course is firm and fast, framed beautifully by bunkers.
Woods says it's a treat to play such courses.
Ogilvy says Woods will have to show "some of his best stuff" when the Australian Masters gets started Thursday, but that the world's No. 1 player enjoys the challenge of old-style golf.
