President’s Cup polo from Sunday

Abu Dhabi: Five teams will battle it out in the 13th edition of the prestigious HH The President of UAE Polo Cup 2013, which starts at the Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club (GRPC) from Sunday onwards.

Saeed Bin Houfan Al Mansouri, vice chairman of the GRPC along with Nasser Mohammad Al Dhaheri, manager of Polo Department at GRPC, Emma Keriter, marketing manager of the Club and Alfredo Fabian Cappella, professional player of the host team announced details at a press conference yesterday.

Defending champions Zedan Polo Team, Abu Dhabi Polo Team, Bin Drai Polo Team and Al Habtoor Polo Team along with hosts Ghantoot will be in the fray in the 16-goal handicap event.
