Mansour praises UAE medal winners

Abu Dhabi: Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Emirates Racing Authority, yesterday saluted President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the great care and encouragement given to sports and youth.

Shaikh Mansour also congratulated His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on the achievement by Shaikh Rashid Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Shaikh Ahmad Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Shaikh Mayed Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

"Despite their first appearance in Asian Games, UAE heroes were able to dominate the endurance race. This reflects the great importance UAE attaches to the sports, particularly equestrian and horseracing. I am confident that the champions will carry on to achieve more wins for their country in the future," Shaikh Mansour said. He also congratulated the other UAE medal winners at the Asian Games.
