Hamdan hails talent

Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, congratulated the national youth under 19 soccer team on their excellent achievement in qualifying for the World Cup Finals.

Shaikh Hamdan wished the players good luck when they meet Australia today in the semifinals. He said that the qualifying of the under 19 and the under 16 teams to the World Cup Finals showed that the UAE was full of talented young players who could represent their country and achieve fine results.

He said that they were proud with this excellent success achieved by Emirati coaches Mehdi Ali of the under 19 team and Ali Ebrahim of the under 16 team.
