Delaying tactics will rebound
Iran's vacillations over its nuclear endeavours merely serve to enforce what is believed to be delaying tactics. The longer the on-again, off-again discussion between the EU3 or Russia continue, or are proposed, so hopes Iran, the longer
it will be before the UN Security Council decides to impose some sort of sanctions upon the country.
But the patience of diplomats is wearing thin in the West, so Iran would be wise to tread very carefully where it goes. When the leader of the word's only superpower gets a nervous finger on the button, anything is possible.
