So week 7 has swept past and I have been pleased that I have managed to maintain my new healthier eating habits and I feel this has been the greatest achievement for me.

In the past when I have altered my 'diet' the novelty would quickly wear off and I would fall back into bad habits, but I've made it through the hardest part. I have been experimenting with the different techniques we learned during our cooking class, and even testing out some other new and exciting recipes!
The Life Coaching has been an endless help for me and I am really starting to see the improvements. Running a business on a budget isn't the easiest thing to do in a city that prides itself on affluence, so Shana has really helped me focus on how to apply some of the techniques she has taught me into my daily life as well as the 'bigger picture'.
