Wanted goes down the deep, dark house route with the New York producer and Louie Vega protégé, Mr V. Expect some New York style house with a large dollop of Latin flavour.

Fish Go Deep @ Chi @ The Lodge
The Fish Go Deep duo have been flying the house flag for nearly two decades now and their recent chart success has been well deserved. Quality southern fried house music.

Ian Carey @ Trilogy
One of the most successful house producers of the last few years, Carey specialises in cheesy, lowest common denominator house. If you like your beats Gorgonzola flavoured, head to this. If not, stay away.

Mischa Daniels @ The Apartment
The Dutch producer is currently dining out on the success of his Take Me Higher single, hence his appearance in Dubai. Expect plenty of vocal house, and nothing too clever.

Danny Rampling @ Trilogy
Trilogy go for the obvious again with the 450th visit of Rampling to Dubai. Rumour has it that the ageing jock never actually leaves Dubai but lives in a tent on the roof. Avoid.

Jonty Scruff @ 360
Something of a mini-Pete Tong, Scruff manages to combine radio work, journalism and DJing with ease – Friday will see all manner of filthy electro being unleashed on the sweaty masses.

The Brand New Heavies @ Chi@The lodge
The definition of bland coffee table soul, or one of the most musically talented bands working in the UK right now? As ever, you pay your money, you take your chances, but given the dearth of live acts in Dubai, this is worth a look.

UNKLE – Night's Temper EP (All Surrender)
The widescreen breaks return for this prelude to the full length album later in the year. If you know James Lavelle, you know what to expect: indie heavyweights, guitar riffs and soundtrack samples.

Milton Jackson – Cycles (Freerange)
Quality house from Freerange. Sublime synth stabs float over a sharp kickdrum to create a simple, yet effective floor filler.
The flip sees some minimal mayhem with a horn riff and a bassline and er, that's it.
