Hrithik Roshan’s jacket fetches Dh11,000

A black leather jacket is a covetable item, but when its owner is none other than Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan then its value multiplies exponentially.

At a charity auction for Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs held this month, Roshan’s black jacket fetched a whopping Dh11,000,

According to his publicist, it was the highest bid from the Bollywood auction block items that included Deepika Padukone’s red cocktail dress and a leather jacket worn by Ranbir Kapoor in Rockstar.

Items including Salman Khan’s shirt and trousers also went under the hammer. However, the black jacket belonged to Roshan’s personal wardrobe.

Roshan, who wowed us in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, is at present filming for the Indian film re-make of Knight And Day with Katrina Kaif titled Bang Bang, and will be resuming his superhero character in Krrish 3, out this Diwali 2013.
