Fans of the colourful, preppy US brand of accessories and dresses now have another option — the label’s second UAE store opened last week at Mall of the Emirates. The 1600 sq feet shop is located on the ground floor, with a selection of handbags and their adorable (and practical) wallets and coin purses, ready to wear, fashion accessories, tech accessories, jewellery, shoes, eyewear and legwear.

New York-based jewellery designer Miriam Salat didn’t always create bold curvy pieces like the ones seen here. She started off with straight lines and right angles, designing airports and highways as a civil engineer. But she got quick approval when she decided to turn her hand to jewellery, selling her first collection to NYC department story Barneys, and now landing at Saks Fifth Avenue at BurJuman in Dubai.
