With Kurbaan ready for release, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have been working extra hard to promote it. All the hard work, however, took a toll on Saif’s health, forcing him to pull out of the promotions. We hear it was nothing but his weakness for seafood that landed him with a bad tummy. Now he’s home relaxing with the beautiful Bebo by his side. Lucky him!

With her wedding date set for November 22, Shilpa Shetty is working overtime to finish all her professional commitments before she takes off on her month-long honeymoon. The leggy actress, however, blogged she’s suffering from mixed emotions as D-Day approaches. Now that her little sister Shamita Shetty has voluntarily opted out of the TV reality show Bigg Boss to join her wedding celebrations, the lady is smiling again! With reality shows a staple for the Shetty household, we wonder if it was a wise decision for the younger Shetty girl to quit at this stage of the competition. Surely there’ll be more shows for Shamita to feast on later.

You’d think that great actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan don’t need to market their films. This line of thinking seems to make sense because they’ve been successful in packing a dedicated bunch of followers, who’d always watch their films.
But despite all the adulation, these two veterans aren’t leaving any stone unturned when it comes to their films – Paa and 3 Idiots. With the movies ready to hit the theatres, Bachchan senior and Khan have adorned their marketing gear to give it their all. Apart from the usual promotional circus, the actors are also using their blogs to create a buzz. The blogs are inundated with postings about their latest venture. Surely they should wisen up to the fact that a good film requires much more than mere marketing!
