We're not seeing the back of Zac

Zac Efron's said he won't be back for HSM 4, despite the film already being planned by Disney.

How does he feel about graduating to other projects — which are rumoured to include a stint on Broadway in Equus (Daniel Radcliffe's famously nude role) and a remake of Footloose?

"It's going to be hard when this ends," Efron says. "We all have other projects to go on to and they [will] all be equally challenging in different ways, but I don't think there will ever be a project that is just as much fun and as carefree as the High School Musicals have been."

Despite appearing in three all-singing, all-dancing HSMs, he admits dancing doesn't come naturally — so Footloose, which will see Efron taking over Kevin Bacon's toe-tapping role, will be one of those challenges he's looking forward to.

"I'm definitely not a dancer. I grew up being into sports and I wasn't trained to move my body in the right way, so I'm the last one to get any move correctly. It's always like, 'Okay, one more take for Zac!'"
