Seizing the moment

Don't wait for chances... make life happen, says Myriam Fares who was in town recently.

Myriam Fares was at the Mall Of The Emirates on November 30 to launch Sunsilk's Life Can't Wait campaign. She's the brand's latest ambassador to the Middle East.

Fares said the campaign intends to prod girls to live their dreams.

"Girls shouldn't wait for chances to come to them, but should make life happen, setting examples for other women," said Fares.

"I have never missed a chance, especially in art. I seized each and every occasion that opened up to me."

Asked about her most inspiring moment, the one that made her who she is, Fares said, "Every time I come on stage, every
time I'm recording a new album, or every time I'm in front of my fans, it's an inspiring moment."

Sunsilk offers Arab girls a chance to post their inspirational moments on lifecantwait.com and share with the world their stories. Ten best inspiring stories will be selected and the winners will get to spend a day with Fares.

Meanwhile, Fares has completed her third album Bet Oul Eih.
