Dubai: Muslims across the UAE joined millions across the world in attending morning prayers, known as Mussala Al Eid, on the first day of Eid Al Adha on Friday.

Mosques were full with the faithful, who started their Eid celebrations with prayers.

With some having a week-long holiday, the UAE has been decked with Eid Al Adha decorations and many residents have converged on the UAE’s parks and public places to celebrate the special occasion.
